Ellison M. Smith, III, CPA, CFPAfter graduating from The Citadel and The University of South Carolina, Ellison started his career with Arthur Andersen, Societe Cooperative specializing in tax planning, real estate development, logistics, and compliance. Based on this experience, he founded an accounting and consulting firm focused on small to medium sized businesses, and individuals. He provides accounting, tax, contract CFO, financial planning and wealth management services to a broad base of clients in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Ellison has partnered in a computer technology consulting company, focused on sales, installation and support of computer hardware, Microsoft network operating systems and applications, and Sage accounting and business management software. Clients ranged from local small businesses to international S&P 500 companies. Ellison also serves as a full-time lecturer of Finance and Economics delivering courses on financial planning, wealth management and corporate finance. He is a senior officer in the South Carolina State Guard and currently serves as second in command of a civil affairs brigade. In his leisure time he enjoys flying as a private pilot and boating. |

Doc Holladay M.Sc, PEDoc was born and raised in Alabama. He has worked in both the public and private sector over the last thirty-six years. He holds a Masters of Administrative Science from the University of Alabama Huntsville and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. He has held senior positions in both the private and public sector. Doc’s public level experiences include senior positions in Municipal Government and a Public Corporation. His experience includes public policy formulation and implementation at the local government level as well as working with State and Federal elected officials on energy and waste policies. Doc specializes in environmentally responsible waste management with an emphasis on recycling and waste-to-energy. |

Dr Bryan Collings M.Sc, CFABryan was born and raised in Africa. He has been working between London and the US for the last 24 years. He holds a Doctorate in Finance, a Masters degree in Financial Economics, and holds the CFA certification. He has held senior and Director roles in global investment management for over 27 years including Invesco, Deutsche Bank Group and Barings, managing professional teams worldwide. He has been awarded multiple investment industry awards, overseen over USD15b of client assets, and has raised over USD2b in assets. Bryan specializes in company growth strategies, capital raising (including IPO’s), and balance sheet restructuring. He is currently a non-exec director for a number of global growth companies. |

Jack Paul MBA, M.ScJack was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He has worked in both the public and private sector over the last twenty nine years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, Master of Business Administration from Columbia College, and a Master of Science in Global Business from Jacksonville University. He has held senior and Director roles in both the private and public sectors. Jack’s private sector experience includes wealth management in a Director role. His public sector experience includes technology and product management along with business process improvement with Fortune 500 companies. Jack specializes in business process improvement, technology and product management, and wealth management. |

Dr David Costas M.Sc, PEDavid was born and raised in Europe. He has been based in the US while managing global projects world-wide for the last 15 years. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering, and he has acquired the prestigious Professional Engineer certification in the US. He has held senior and Director roles in global engineering and manufacturing firms for over 12 years, including MTU-Rolls Royce, Cummins Power Generation Inc and APR Energy. These roles encompass managing engineering, project management and operations teams worldwide. David has worked on the design and installation of an estimated 3,500 MWs of electrical energy in over 22 countries. David specializes in energy projects design, IPP consulting and strategy, project management as well as procurement, installation, and commissioning of infrastructure equipment. |
